During the Corona period I should bring something for friends of mine, with whom I have even phoned in front of his eyes to place their orders. But he insisted that you only get one offer per person, because the person ordering was not in front of him. He is also very stingy when it comes to toppings, for example if you want corn, you get 10 kernels of corn on a whole SUB. He is interested in the people who absolutely do not order. For him, only sales count. Humanity is completely absent. Not recommended the store. This subway is not very popular with my entire circle of friends because many have already had this experience.

I'll never go to the Oberursel subway again! They probably have their own rules there and don't see it as a franchise company. Sub of the day is regulated the way they want it and not according to the standard like all other subways .. Any coupons are refused and they are unfriendly on top of that. What a shame! After I wrote a complaint to the email that is also given here. I received an answer in English where it said that I shouldn't come back if I didn't like it and I should go to another subway .. The staff used to be very friendly, but the new grim manager is probably suffering too the employees.

This subway is a goto for our family. Everyone gets to have what they want on their own sandwich. The owner is very friendly. The food tastes pretty fresh.

I love the staff here - kind and generous and quick. Great selection as you expect from Subway. Pretty expensive (standard Germany Subway pricing) if you've ever had Subway in other countries
