The owner is rude and he takes Subway's actions far too seriously. During the Corona period I should bring something for friends of mine, with whom I have even phoned in front of his eyes to place their orders. But he insisted that you only get one offer per person, because the person ordering was not in front of him. He is also very stingy when it comes to toppings, for example if you want corn, you get 10 kernels of corn on a whole SUB. He is interested in the people who absolutely do not order. For him, only sales count. Humanity is completely absent. Not recommended the store. This subway is not very popular with my entire circle of friends because many have already had this experience.

I'll never go to the Oberursel subway again! They probably have their own rules there and don't see it as a franchise company. Sub of the day is regulated the way they want it and not according to the standard like all other subways .. Any coupons are refused and they are unfriendly on top of that. What a shame! After I wrote a complaint to the email that is also given here. I received an answer in English where it said that I shouldn't come back if I didn't like it and I should go to another subway .. The staff used to be very friendly, but the new grim manager is probably suffering too the employees.
Not the friendliest staff, let alone customer-oriented service. The sandwiches were cleanly topped. 2 half 1 whole, 2 employees over 7 min ...
"To go" in the Corona time ... 4 people were really good in front of me, it was fast, nice service and friendly communication. The hygiene regulations were observed.

A really bad shop. Nobody speaks German in this shop. Something was added up at the cash register and I pay Dofi with the card without paying any attention. The lady said I did not say that I would like a menu, etc. Had typed everything in individually. I don't want to assume that it was on purpose, I really don't think she got anything. Eat more bad than right. The last time I stepped on this thing.

Hello, -A woman taking a woman out to dinner again? , no thanks . Man was happy about a Subaway in the area but the appearance is cloudy .... We ordered a sub-menu of the day, but what was added up at the checkout? No idea, I don't know it paid more than a week ago in the Frankfurt Subway for the same menu, but I think I know, we had to take a drink out of the fridge here in the Subway which cost € 2.90, whereupon the employee said she are not allowed to give cups because of corona but in other subways e.g. Frankfurt and Giessen where I was visiting a week ago there were cups and the sub of the day had its normal price, also because it is corona and the employees therefore understand that they did not give cups I don't know why they didn't want our addresses, names, etc., because, as I said, it's corona and you would have problems with the health department in the event of an infection, but well, that wasn't all, employees unclear and when you say what you want on it , at least you expect it to be topped as you say it is, but if you put half an onion on it, you really don't need a small piece order what I mean by that the surface was not proven perfectionist. And one more thing if you write a wifi sign on the door, maybe next time there will be wifi that’s just a few small tips and comments from me Greetings Tom

Sandwiches were OK. The boss himself didn't have to say hello today, the other 2 employees were okay. Unfortunately the cookies were not fresh which I find really annoying especially since we were there very early.

Hello Franchisee * in my favorite baguette factory, I would like to call you publicly to check the quality in your establishment more regularly. As a hard-working citizen, I would like to invest my earned doubloons in a nutritious and tasty meal. Unfortunately, I have now been repeatedly disappointed with the preparation of my lunch break choice. Despite the express request, the bread was not crispy and was still soft. The topping was insufficiently pressed into the bread and butter, resulting in a less lovable overall package than a provincial doner shortly before the shop closed. In this case I should also be allowed to enter the store with my wet but not particularly dirty work shoes, which I was denied to you. Has the service idea of your staff expired so much that it would have been too much to remove it in the unlikely event of contamination? I hope that the criticism gives you food for thought.
All good, no complaints. Nice new Supreme Beef sándwich, with bigger chunks of beef.
Clean and decent. But both workers that day were not fast and in my opinion did not have an appropriate training completed.

This subway is a goto for our family. Everyone gets to have what they want on their own sandwich. The owner is very friendly. The food tastes pretty fresh.
I love the staff here - kind and generous and quick. Great selection as you expect from Subway. Pretty expensive (standard Germany Subway pricing) if you've ever had Subway in other countries
Clean, friendly and prepared quickly. Unfortunately there are only a few parking spaces.
